Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Rankorleans Concrete wants rankorleans.homes to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we think about accessibility. It is a general template and not legal advice.
Where We Aim
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Take
To support that goal, we try to:
- Arrange pages with clear headings in a sensible order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Make the site usable with a keyboard alone
- Build layouts that work on phones, tablets and desktops
- Use plain, everyday language
- Give form fields clear labels
Where We Fall Short
Parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems when we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on the site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@rankorleans.homes and we will do what we can to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome your feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@rankorleans.homes and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected to happen
- Your browser, device or assistive technology, if you know it
We read every message and aim to respond within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never done. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
