How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want everyone who contacts Rankorleans Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please say so. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience calling or messaging Rankorleans Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.
Please tell us too. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. To be clear, Rankorleans Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@rankorleans.homes and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that we received your complaint. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
